Put AI to work in your operations

From AI curiosity to working tools in 30 days.

You already know your business. We find where AI pays off, build the financial case, and ship working tools in weeks, not quarters.

Three ways to start

($2,600)

A ranked list of where AI saves time or money in your workflows, with a cost and savings estimate for each and a 90-day plan.

($8,600)

One working tool built around your team's process, tested with your data, with training and a handoff guide

($6,000)

Ongoing builds, upkeep of what's shipped, team coaching, and a monthly review of new opportunities

Case study: Market Wizard

We build what we sell: A year of thinking, a few days of building, an hour saved every day.

The problem. Stock market charts painstakingly reviewed by hand for every stock on the watchlist. It took about an hour a day and still left no simple way to compare them all against the others.

What we built. A native Swift app (iPhone, Mac) that pulls market data, runs each stock through Brian's own multi-factor scoring system, and ranks the whole list on one screen. Tap any stock to see what is driving its score.

How. Brian refined the scoring method over about a year. Building the app with Claude Code took a few days.

The result. About an hour saved every day, and a clearer view than the manual process ever gave.

What it means for you. The hard part of a tool like this is the expertise, and you already have that. If your team repeats the same analysis every day or week, it can become software.

Market Wizard is a personal research tool. It is not a product for sale and is not investment advice.

Case study: Alfred

A private chief of staff that runs on a home computer.

The problem. Calendar, email, reminders, and news live in separate apps. Important things slip between them.

What we built. Alfred gathers all of it and delivers one daily briefing: what's on today, what needs a reply, what's due, and the news Brian actually follows. It also keeps track of reminders so nothing important gets dropped.

How. Alfred runs on a Mac mini at home and reaches Brian's phone over a private, encrypted connection. It pairs two AI models: one that runs entirely on the Mac, and Claude for work that needs more reasoning power. Sensitive data such as email and calendar stays with the local model and never leaves the machine.

The result. One briefing each morning replaces checking five apps.

What it means for you. The first question owners ask about AI is "where does my data go?" With this design, you decide. We can build the same kind of briefing for an owner or a leadership team, on hardware you control.

Who you’ll work with

Brian Bloch has spent his career where finance, operations, and technology meet. He is a senior operations manager at Apple, where he leads a business operations team and has spent several years making the case for AI in operational workflows. He has helped secure funding for engineering teams building AI-enabled tools.

He completed the AI Product Management specialization through Duke University's Pratt School of Engineering in 2026, and he builds with AI every day. Before that, he co-founded Chill Systems, which appeared on ABC's Shark Tank, and founded Elbay Endeavors in 2019.

That mix is the point. Brian can build the analysis, pitch a business case, and ship the tool.
